A revolutionary booking system that also reports actual usage
Users of the space can reserve their workstation before the start of the working day. Users can see in real time the number of available workstations on different floors and areas. The system guarantees complete privacy for all users and also allows them to monitor the utilisation rate of their workstations. No personal data is collected when users make a reservation or use a workstation.
No more no-show bookings
If the person making the reservation does not arrive at the workstation at the specified time, the workstation is automatically released for reservation.

The system will also automatically reserve a workstation if it does not have an existing reservation and is taken up.

- Workstation Reservation based on our recycled mobile phones with the highest security and privacy protection on the market. Phones are used as counting sensors, which we install at the customer's premises for the duration of the service. We guarantee 24/7 automated counting with an accuracy of at least 98%.
Installation 189,50 EUR includes the installation of one counter to count six workstations, the necessary brackets, the installation of the counter on a ceiling and the connection of the plug to the socket. The customer is responsible for connecting the electricity to the socket. The price does not include any additional electrical work and machine hire, such as the use of a crane.
