Helsinki Selects Supersight for Optimised Learning Space Utilisation

Helsinki's Education Division has chosen Supersight's space utilisation monitoring service to enhance the efficiency and adaptability of its educational facilities. This groundbreaking initiative will provide real-time insights into space usage, improving planning and operational efficiency across schools and other learning environments.

Comprehensive Space Monitoring Across Multiple Sites
Supersight's advanced AI-based people counting technology will be deployed at key educational institutions across Helsinki, including Kankarepuisto Primary School, a kindergarten and youth facilities, Botby Grundskola, Helsinki Media University and SAO Hattulantie campus. In total, around 130 measuring points will be installed to monitor occupancy and optimise space use dynamically.

The system enables detailed reporting on occupancy rates at the individual, room, and building levels in real time. No personal data is stored or processed, making the system fully GDPR compliant.
