User credentials and email address

Purpose of collection: To ensure that you have access to information from a particular organisation, we collect information about your email address, App username and password to ensure the confidentiality of the information. The user ID is also available to the person responsible for the data in the organisation whose data you are accessing with the application. The password is encrypted and is not known in plain language by us and we will not share it with any third party.

Using Personal Information

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering data on utilisation rate of buildings of particular a organisation(s).

Your Personal Information will be initially processed in AWS in EU.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our App. We use a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the webApp to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the App or browse from one page to another.
