Position Overview:
Are you a people person with a passion for organizing, learning, and making things happen? Supersight is looking for a Customer Account Management Trainee to join our fast-paced and mission-driven team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their career – perhaps even fresh out of high school – who’s ready to dive into a world of innovative technology, international growth, and real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively reach out to potential new customers, helping them understand our services and guiding them through onboarding
2. Be the first point of contact for our customers – especially new ones
   
3. Help manage ongoing customer relationships and accounts
4. Organise and track communications, projects, and feedback
5. Collaborate with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery

Qualifications:

• You’re highly organised, curious, and a quick learner
  
• You genuinely enjoy talking to people and solving problems.
• You speak Finnish plus one of the following at level C2 (Language skills at native language level):
  • German
  • French
  • Polish
  • Swedish
  • Norwegian
    
• You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where your input matters
  
• Bonus: You’ve had some experience in customer service, sales, or similar — but it’s not required!
