Position Overview:
Are you ready to drive international expansion and shape the financial strategy of a cutting-edge startup making waves in the tech industry? Supersight, the provider of the world’s most accurate people counting solution with total privacy protection and certified sensors, is looking for a new member to join our team as Head of Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in Supersight's expansion and financial success. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. International Growth Strategy

1. Accelerate international growth by conducting in-depth understanding on potential international markets, obtaining customer feedback and mapping the product's demand and expected functionality with a focus on Scandinavia, the EU, Switzerland, and the USA.
2. Creating and implementing a roadmap to launch our services in new markets and new customer segments.
3. Compiling detailed lists of potential customers, in existing and identified markets.
4. Assisting in initiating and managing contact with sales prospects, developing an understanding of customer value and understanding market dynamics.

2. Financial Planning and Strategy

1. Develop and execute financial plans to support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
2. Perform financial forecasting, including revenue projections and cost analyses.
3. Prepare and coordinate investment strategies to secure the resources necessary for expansion.

Qualifications:

1. A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
2. Proven experience in market research, international business development, or financial planning roles.
3. Strong understanding of global market dynamics, particularly in Scandinavia, the EU, Switzerland, and the USA.
4. Excellent skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment preparation.
5. Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities in English with experience engaging large organisations as customers.
6. A passion for technology, innovation, and sustainability.

Bonus Skills:

• Proficiency in Finnish, German, French, Norwegian or Danish
