Developed on Europe's fastest supercomputer, LUMI, our AI model has achieved over 99% accuracy in reporting utilisation rates in real estate, making it the most accurate AI model in its industry worldwide.

In rigorous tests conducted at three different customer properties, our AI model consistently demonstrated over 99% accuracy. This remarkable achievement underscores the potential of using AI to transform how we measure and optimise the utilisation of built environments.

The integration of synthetic data has further accelerated our development. We are now excited to roll out our new AI model, the most accurate in the world, to our customers."
